Description: the letters written on headed paper in blue ink, p. [2]; [1], quarto, original folds, very good condition

Notes: The two sisters write from their respective addresses in Kensington, to a Mr Foulkes - who has requested information regarding their designs for the theatre, presumably for a book.Doris, her letter dated 16th October 1956, mentions that 'reproductions of my designs have been so scattered that I cannot recall any particular magazine [featuring them] off hand', but directs him towards the Studio, and in particular Mr Mercer there.
