Notes: The owner of this copy is acknowledged by Hart-Davis in his Introduction, amongst a long list - the mention marked by Sandelson with a pencil dash in the margin; a further such dash occurs on p. 316 beside a reference to a copy of Wilde's 1892 'Poems' inscribed to Sarah Bernhardt, this information, we might infer, perhaps gleaned from Sandelson as the owner of the book in question.
