Notes: To the flyleaf, a single example to the facing inside-cover, are the signatures of various of the staff (circa 35 names) - one of whom, Lisa Isidor, also signs her contribution within (p.48). The signatories are, where a first name is present, identifiably female, though one notes the presence of Lt-Col. E.C.
