Issue of Second Mortgage Debenture, To secure an aggregate amount of One Thousand Pounds [£1000] carrying interest at the rate of six per cent per annum under Clause 3 (II) of the Memorandum of Association and in pursuance of a Resolution passed on the 24th day of January 1922.
