Notes: The text of the comedy was printed by Daniel in 1903, but research and editing occasioned such delay that it was not until 1910 that printing of the remainder of the volume and its publication by the Clarendon Press eventually took place. The copy of Sir Ambrose Heal, with his pencilled note to flyleaf.
