Notes: First collected edition of the Life and the Journal. The last page of the preliminaries carries an advertisement for ESTC T78845, John Edwards' A Treatise concerning Religious affections, calling for subscribers, and detailing the formats of the edition (fine/coarse paper, calf or sheep - both 'neat'). Gray eventually got the edition out in 1772.
