Description: with an engraved additional title, title printed in red and black, a little browned in places, verso of last leaf slightly soiled, pp. [xxxviii], 85, [3], 110, [4], 38, [6], 52, 8vo, original sheep, blind ruled borders on sides, joints repaired, some abrasions to covers

Notes: Dedication signed: J.M. [i.e. John Massinger]. An interesting copy, in good condition (despite the defects to the binding), of the scarce second edition in English (ESTC records 2 copies only in the UK - BL, Bodley - 3 in the US - Yale, Folger, Illinois - and 1 at Monash). There was a somewhat shorter edition in 1640, and an edition by Mosely in 1654, the present therefore being the second Mosely edition.
