Also a third plan, For Recruiting the East India Company's Service, without having recourse to the worst of all measures, that of Kid-Napping.

Notes: We believe the author to have been he who raised the 99th Regiment of Foot in 1794. The subject would have been of interest to Buccleugh (family name, or one of them, Douglas), who raised a Fencible regiment in 1778.
