Notes: Hester Rogers was regarded as the role model for female Methodists. It is a pity that the name of the 'Young Lady' is not known, but we have quite a duo anyway with Rogers and Bulmer. 4 copies only in ESTC: BL, Rylands, Birmingham Central, and Duke.
