Notes: 'Limericks by Barker' has been written in pencil at the top, but the 3 sections clearly form a poem, or part of a poem, beginning 'Sometimes I think I'm a lady/ As pure as Sheherazade' and constituting a rejection of the concept of Absolute Love.
