Whale Feels Worried is a picture book that helps young children discuss their feelings and build positive relationships. She is really worried when she makes a tear in her picture. Luckily, her teacher Mr Narwhal helps Whale understand that it's okay to make mistakes - that it is how we learn. Whale also learns how to cope with her worries in future.
