The Soviets were close to constructing MRBM and IRBM missile sites on the tiny island of Cuba. Those missiles would be aimed at U.S. cities. To eliminate that threat, CIA Operative Jon Tupulov and a GRU mole in the Kremlin, provided the President with valuable intelligence, which ultimately, resulted in the Soviet Union backing off their threat. Based upon actual events and technology, coupled with the author's own experiences and imagination, this historical thriller reveals a back story known only to a few.
