Publisher's Synopsis
In June 1964, the Rolling Stones joined the conquest of America along with the stars of the British Invasion. America became a second home during the 1960s and not just because they played more and more gigs on increasingly longer tours. Many of their iconic hits were recorded in America where the band found they got a better 'sound' than they did back home. This is the story of a band who has just celebrated their 50th year and are still going strong.
