The Immortium Conclave has begun their assaults on the Society of Night by attacking Queen Lilith and Lord Dracul directly. Clues of Xairin's true heritage are scratched at the surface forcing the young vampire to delve deeper into the Immortium world than he had previously considered. With the Global Alliance and The Society working side by side to thwart the Conclave, a set of new creatures developing from the Aeon Strain Pathogen emerge straining the pact between mortals and Immortals.
