Bookseller Notes

A curious scheme for fortune telling. It is doubtful whether there is any Dublin original, or indeed a manuscript. But the work enjoyed some popularity, since editions (of which this is the earliest recorded), pop up all over the place, and to the end of the 19th century, especially in the US, with French and Danish editions also manifest. Rare in any edition.
