The mostly-female pirate crew of the Tempest finds the continent of Tornbaer, a relatively profitable place to live. That is, of course, until a force of darkness from the distant land of Sirillia decides it can encroach upon their above-board and altogether noble deeds; doesn't it always, though? Alas, excessive skulduggery, pomposity, modesty and general unpleasantness abound. Not to worry, it's all in a day's work for Captain Morgan Jones and her beautifully flawed crew. Yes, the only certainty aboard the Tempest is that Morgan Jones' crew will always have her back.
