Ringer 2: The Great Connecticut Racetrack Heist continues the exciting yet funny story of The Brotherhood of Mischief as they pull the old switcheroo at a fictional Connecticut racetrack in order to finance a chemistry lab where their leader, genius Jack Benoit, is inventing dietary supplements that will help cure what ails thorougbred racehorses. This time there are more than a few obstacles in their way, including The Backstretch Psycho, a glue-sniffing whacko on a crusade to hurt as many horses as he can. Everyone is back from the first book, and a couple of new (female!) members of the team have been added. The Brotherhood is comprised of con men and women, magicians, and assorted other misfits, but their cause is good-make that great.
