The fateful day marked her resolution to stop from living the life she used to have. Her failed makeover is a bizarre love story; touching, romantic and hilarious, though they're all artificial. C.M. van Rij has been writing all her life-letters, stories and poems-but she never has had the intention to publish them. She later on saw the need to publish them, upon seeing her sons David and Victor growing up and needing additional support. Mona's failed makeover was her debut story, beautifully written to capture the hearts of the readers.
