This is the story of Ed, who after failing to find the adventure he craved, enlisted into the Army Airborne. He was trained as a Special Forces Medic, and soon found himself in the mountainous jungles of Vietnam. Hauling the wounded off the battlefield by air turned out to be all the excitement he wanted, as he found himself right in the middle of one of the war's longest battles.
