Both characters have their set goals, especially the girl. She has to buy clothes, and therefore she makes him believe that she has a crush on him. But the boy has no such a target. It is a different matter that he engages in kissing her and later on becomes errotic. The girl doesn't offer any resistance. Actually, she is on a mission. The book highlights this type of love in a crystal clear way. I'm sure the readers will like it will give them a clear picture of what has been happening in the name of love in Delhi.
