This volume is based upon a case study of interagency co-ordination in child protection services, and represents the third phase of a larger study investigating co-ordination policies and practices in child protection, funded by the Department of Health.;The author draws on data derived from a sample of 48 registered child abuse cases, in-depth interviews with 90 professionals from various agencies and a brief questionnaire completed by 81 professionals from two localities in the North of England.
