Publisher's Synopsis

Hiroshi (a Japanese name meaning 'generous') is a rabbit who lives on the moon, much like the one from Japanese folklore. From his vantage point on the moon, he can see people suffering on earth and is very perturbed by it. He asks the advice of his friend, Old Man in the moon, who suggests that he should travel to earth to see what he can do. As soon as he alights on earth, he meets a small boy who is in a terrible situation, having lost his family. Hiroshi tries to help as much as he can.
