Publisher's Synopsis
Published annually, this volume of "Halsbury's Statutes" lists for easy searching and reference, all the cases cited in the current volumes and service binders at time of going to press. Part 1 contains an alphabetical list of all cases that are printed in the current volumes of "Halsbury's Statutes", "The Cumulative Supplement", and the Noter-up. Part 2 contains the same cases, arranged according to the Statutes to which they relate. The service is also updated in the bi-monthly "Halsbury's Statutes Service" issues (6 issues per year).
