Stephen Masters is finally on a long overdue vacation. He is with three friends working on his favorite research topic: the healing ministry of Christ. This visit to Israel is supposed to be about the powerful healing properties of frankincense and myrrh-the gifts of the Magi. To trace the roots of these herbs and oils and the route of the Magi and how they arrived in time to greet the new born Messiah.But, it is not to be, as a secret sect protecting the mystery of these gifts of the Magi try to stop Masters and his friends. In his flight to escape death from them he is told by the ultra-secret Council for whom he works that his friend and boss has been kidnapped in Jerusalem by a different terrorist group. The heroic rescue attempt is further complicated when he learns the terrorist group have also kidnapped his friend Joyce. Joyce is captured as she is trying to escape death from a Cuban hitman sent to kill her. Now, Masters and his team must travel all over Israel to both find and rescue his friends while being chased by two different terrorist sects and then to confront the hitman sent to kill Joyce. Another complex adventure awaits the reader on this Stephen Masters' journey.
