It also explores the meaning of love, life, identity, culture, modernity, politics and corruption. The poems are based on the author's experiences, reflections, perspectives, feelings, emotions, dreams, aspirations and every day issues - issues little felt, nor important yet continue to affect us as individuals and as a society.
