Nueva edici�n reescrita y ampliada. Trece estudios componen este libro. En todos se analiza la psicopatolog�a de la psicosis, en especial los fen�menos elementales, el delirio y la alucinaci�n. Aunando la tradici�n filos�fica, los cl�sicos de la psiquiatr�a y el psicoan�lisis, el autor analiza las experiencias del psic�tico, punto de partida de su investigaci�n. A medida que �stas se exploran siguiendo el testimonio directo del psic�tico, se va perfilando una l�gica interna que proporciona una explicaci�n cabal sobre el nacimiento a la locura, las distintas posiciones que el sujeto puede adoptar en ella y las estrategias de las que dispone para reconducir su verdadero drama, tan inefable como solitario.
