Publisher's Synopsis
This autobiography recounts the chronology of having a normal life and then, without warning, becoming a cancer patient with less than a 15 percent chance of surviving. After hearing the "C" word, panic and insecurity hit the author like a tsunami. He was desperate for a solution. The common practice for fighting cancer was to rely heavily on medical professionals. This process attacks the physical problems, while leaving the spiritual and emotional issues unresolved. The author found his complete cure from esophageal cancer, one of the world's deadliest illnesses, through his faith, family, friends, and physicians. This approach to curing cancer can help anyone increase their odds of surviving all types of cancer or life-threatening diseases. Mike Lynn lives in Minnesota with his wife Kay. They have three daughters, two sons-in-law, and four grandchildren. After receiving his PhD and working for the 3M Company in both the USA and Europe, Mike is now retired and dedicates his post-cancer life to mentoring cancer patients, volunteering at local ministries, spending time with family and friends, and being a committed disciple of Christ.
