Written with the LPC in mind, this book is suitable for both the core module of Criminal Litigation and the Advanced Criminal Practice option.

Statutory authorities and case law have been updated to May 2020 to take account of recent developments in the law, including further changes to the law as a result of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012.
