This computerized simulation puts students in the position of re-negotiating a labor agreement for a major metals corporation. By analyzing the company's history and financial statements, the current labor agreement, the union and its current relationship with management, students negotiate both economic and non-economic issues of the labor agreement. The instructor's manual contains instructor and student disks.
