The Beasts Pirates[3] are an extremely infamous and powerful pirate crew led by Kaido of the Four Emperors. They are based in Wano Country, specifically headquartered on Onigashima.[4][5]For the past two decades, the crew consolidated its power in Wano, which they occupied through an alliance with the country's shogun, Kurozumi Orochi.[4][6] Recently, the Beasts Pirates have entered into a new alliance with the Big Mom Pirates, another Emperor crew, for plans to conquer the world; these plans, as per Kaido's "New Onigashima Project", eventually saw Orochi be deemed unncecessary and treacherously murdered by Kaido during the latest Fire Festival.[7][8]The Beasts Pirates serve as the main antagonists of the Zou Arc, the main antagonist group of the Wano Country Arc, and one of the central ones of the Four Emperors Saga.
