El Señor Ministro de Gracia y Justicia Don José Antonio Caballero leyó á sus Mage5 tades esta 'descripcion y quedaron tan cons ternados al oírla que el Rey nuestro Se ñor preguntó si no habria algun medio de socorrer sus Pueblos de América, conducién doles fresco el pus vacuno. Se le respondió que para esto era necesario formar una ex pedicion marítima en la qual se embarcase un competente número de Jóvenes que no hubiesen padecido la viruela; y baxo la con dueta de Profesores inteligentes se fuese pa.
