The Treasurer shall receive all the monies of the Institution, and pay them to the orders of the Board of Managers; who shall examine and settle his ac counts, and produce the same to the annual meeting of the Association in the Third Month. He shall keep regular accounts, to be at all times subject to the inspection of the Board of Managers.
