Lisa Thomas made a remarkable recovery after she was kidnapped and raped when she was sixteen. She became a deputy sheriff, married young, and was very much in love with her husband, Mack, who was also a deputy sheriff. They left the sheriff's office and formed their own private detective agency.
Then one fateful day they took on a case that brought Lisa face to face with one of the men who raped her.
