In this post-postmodern ur-psychosexual pseudo-utopian retro-future-sci dystopian story, Jaxan must take his younger brother August to Amaranth after the dreaded government black envelope arrived. Jaxan attempts to have August experience as much of life as possible in his few remaining hours. Jeffrey Gold Screenwriter & Playwright Jeffrey is an award-winning screenwriter, playwright, and film composer. Educated at Cambridge University, Westminster College, and the University of Utah, his screenplays and theatrical plays have garnered over 100 awards and recognitions in screenwriting and playwriting, and multiple readings and productions. He has had masterclasses by Robert McKee, Aaron Sorkin, David Mamet, Robin Swicord, Meg LeFauve, Lee Aronsohn, Jack Epps, Jr., Keith Gordon, Jon Jory, and many more. He was twice a Finalist in the Sundance Institute/Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Screenwriting Fellowship Competitions. He lives and works in Los Angeles.
