Walker Everett, the youngest of the Everett brothers, is an enigma. No one's ever gotten close enough to figure him out, and his surly attitude has kept it so not many want to try. On a good day, he can wrangle cattle, repair a broken roof, and bring in a harvest---all before sundown.
