It is a cold day, and all Katie has to wear to school is a coat that is very much too-big on her. But what's the worst that could happen? It's just a little bit of extra coat... that will mean extra warmth! But suddenly, a great big gust of wind rushes up the sleeves of Katie's too-big coat and down the collar, taking her up, up, and away on a freewheeling adventure.
