Publisher's Synopsis
Excerpt from Federal Finance
What of the future? The first task of to-day is the efficient and unresting prosecution of the war to a successful end, and no other question. And quite aside from the demands of the war, there is urgent need for at least discuss ing now how we are to meet the demands of the reconstruction period after the war is over.
