Houfe of Commons, was never carried into execution, and not having been mentioned in the fubfequent Treaty of Aix la pelle, became abrogated, for it is a maxim of the law of nations, that all Treaties are fufpended by war, and if not renewed by name in the fubfequent Treaty of Peace, are to be confidered as null and void.
