Jonathan Rizzo and his partner, JoAnn Wagner, are assigned to a couple of unusual homicides. Detective Rizzo doesn't see it yet, but there's a very dark, nefarious connection between Quest, the Chinese government, and the United States government with average, everyday American citizens in the middle--being used as pawns. Rizzo will find himself on a rollercoaster ride, wondering where the off ramp is and why every lead is turning out to be a dead end.
